Feel Goa Villa/ Rooms Terms & Conditions
1. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa/rooms, its contents, and equipment during their stay.
2. Inspection: Guests are required to inspect the villa/ rooms and its contents upon arrival.
3. Liability: Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the villa, its contents, and equipment, including but not limited to:
– Broken or damaged furniture, fixtures, and appliances
– Stains or damage to carpets, rugs, and upholstery
– Damage to walls, doors, and windows
– Loss or damage to kitchenware, linens, and towels
– Damage to the pool, Jacuzzi, or other outdoor facilities
4. Charges: Guests will be charged for any damage caused to the villa, its contents, and equipment. The charge will be based on the cost of repair or replacement, plus an administrative fee.
5. Check-in /Check-out: Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 11am.
6. Occupancy: The villa is only for the use of the registered guests. No additional guests are allowed without prior permission from the management.
7. Noise: Guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 9pm.
8. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the villa/ room.
9. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the villa/ room.
10. Loud music is not allowed post 9PM.
11. Eating or drinking inside the pool is not allowed.
12. Footwears are not allowed in the villa/ room
Refund Policy
1. 30+ Days | 100% Refund (minus a 5-10% processing fee)
2. 15–30 Days | 50% Refund
3. 7–14 Days | 25% Refund
4. Less than 7 Days | No Refund (100% Cancellation Charge)
Key Exceptions
* Peak Season: For bookings during Christmas, New Year, or long weekends, have a Strict No-Refund policy regardless of when the cancellation happens.
* Security Deposits: Refundable security deposits are usually returned in full within 3–7 business days after checkout, provided no damages occurred.
1. Cancellation & Refunds
* Standard Cancellation: To receive a refund, guests must notify us in writing. Refunds are processed based on the notice period provided before the scheduled check-in time (usually 2:00 PM).
* Processing Fee: All eligible refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover bank charges and platform commissions.
* Non-Refundable Periods: Bookings made for “Peak Dates” (Dec 01st – Jan 31st) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. No-Show & Early Departure
* No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive by 11:00 AM the day following their scheduled check-in without notice, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
* Early Checkout: No refunds are granted for unused nights if a guest chooses to leave the villa/ rooms before their departure date.
3. Modifications
* Date Changes: Subject to availability. Requests made more than 15 days in advance may be moved to new dates (rate differences may apply). Requests made within 15 days are treated as cancellations.
4. Force Majeure
* In the event of natural disasters or government-mandated travel restrictions, we may offer a Credit Note valid for 12 months in lieu of a cash refund.
